WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Items displayed on our website are in stock and ready for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated. Our aim is to process your order and post your items within 24 hours. If there are any problems we will contact you immediately to notify you of any changes. All items are sent via Express Post, however we cannot and will not be held responsible for any items that are lost in the post. If you prefer the Registered Post option, in case of loss of goods during postage, please let us know. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn and unsoiled product in its original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days from the date of shipping for a refund and exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We require that you: - Please contact us via our Contact Us page, stating your order number and the reason why you would like to return or exchange the item. - Return the item within 14 days of your purchase for refund or exchange. - You must ensure the item arrives with all labels and tags intact, including the hygienic protector seal. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees to return the product. Tropicana Bikinis do not take any responsibility for the arrival or misplacement of returns therefore we recommend using registered post for returning items back to us. Tropicana Bikinis will post back exchanged products to Australian addresses free of charge (this applies for ONE exchange only). Returns will be processed at the time they are received. The Return Policy does not apply to items whose tags, labels or seals have been removed. Likewise, the return option will become void if the item appears dirty, used, damaged, or laundered. |
